Who we share data with
Last updated: 30 October 2026. These are the companies that handle data in the running of dispatchcm.com and the Dispatch CM service. Customers are told at least 14 days before anything on this list changes.
Each is named with a link to its own privacy policy, which covers what that company does with the data. This page covers what we hand to whom, and why.
Running the website and the service

Stripe and Clerk are listed ahead of use so the list is complete when the checkout and the online setup open; neither receives any data until then. An invoicing provider will be added here before the first invoice is issued through it.
Publishing, at the customer's direction
Google Business Profile and social networks receive content only when a customer connects their own account and approves a post. They act under their own terms and are listed here for transparency.
